These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through rapidogroup.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices & Availability All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is subject to prior sale. All prices are ex-dock our Reno, Nevada warehouse and do not include shipping, taxes, or duties.

Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer invoicing, COD, checks, or money orders.

Sales Tax We collect and remit sales tax for orders shipped to states where we have a sales tax obligation. The amount of tax shown at checkout is final.

Shipping & Risk of Loss Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. We ship via UPS or USPS unless otherwise selected at checkout. Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you upon shipment from our Reno, Nevada facility.

International Orders For orders shipped outside the United States, you are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by your country. We will not refund orders that are refused or held at customs.

Returns & Refunds All returns require prior authorization and a Return Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies on all approved returns unless the return is due to our error. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Custom-ordered or clearance items are non-returnable.

Warranties All warranties are provided by the original manufacturer only. We do not offer any additional warranties. It is your responsibility to retain all purchase documents for any warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
